Classes at Harbor Wellbeing
Mindfulness meditation is about the power and practice of non-judgmental attention. Mindfulness is about waking up again and again from automatic pilot to the immediate experience of the present moment. This class includes teaching, practice and discussion.
This will be a weekly opportunity to join together with people all over the world in unity to surround the earth wilh love, compassion, and tolerance. It is time to become part of the healing for yourself and our world.
The heart meditation will be taught as we come together as a strong intentional community. We look forward to seeing you there.
