    Mindfulness meditation is about the power and practice of non-judgmental attention. Mindfulness is about waking up again and again from automatic pilot to the immediate experience of the present moment. This class includes teaching, practice and discussion.

    Class held Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM

    Fee is $10.00, and drop-ins are welcome.

    Heart Meditation

    Carol McGilliard of Harbor Wellbeing, invites you to join her in "HEART MEDITATION" on each Friday from 12:00 noon to 12:30 PM. Join us in the waiting room in Suite 105, and we will move to Carol's office for the class.

    This will be a weekly opportunity to join together with people all over the world in unity to surround the earth wilh love, compassion, and tolerance. It is time to become part of the healing for yourself and our world.

    The heart meditation will be taught as we come together as a strong intentional community. We look forward to seeing you there.
