Tai Chi Ch'uan - Yang Style Short Form
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise using slow, relaxed movements for complete devel-opment of the self, i.e. Mind/Body/Spirit. The Mind develops it’s powers of concentration, will power, & visualization; the body finds an efficient exercise; the spirit discovers harmony with calm meditations. Practitioners of Tai Chi learn to control the flow of Qi (chi), our essen-tial vibrational life force, for better health and improved emotional balance. Each class will be a study of the 37 postures in the Yang Style Short Form developed by Master Cheng Man-ch’ing.
